Vancouver’s First Asian Canadian Mayor

Ken Sim has made history after being elected as the first Asian Canadian mayor of Vancouver. We would like to acknowledge this historical moment and congratulate Ken as this will blaze a path forward for the entire Asian community. As Ken said, we have come a long way since over a century ago when the first Chinese head tax was collected.
